PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required before any physical work is undertaken, due to the bespoke nature of the commissions.

All major Debit and Credit cards are accepted throught the STRIPE payments system. Paypal is also available.

DELIVERIES and SHIPPING

UK: I will undertake to have your purchases with you in or under fourteen days after the date of  finally agreeing the concept. (If this cannot be honoured due to extreme work load, you will be informed at the time of ordering.) Delivery below 2kg will be undertaken wherever possible by The Royal Mail. I reserve the right to use an alternative, reliable courier.

INTERNATIONAL: Most destinations are available (Please contact me if you are unsure.) The time your purchase takes to get to its destination depends upon a lot of different factors. As a guide, this service normally takes another three to five days more than the UK service. I normally use DPD as they offer the most insurance and tracking facilities along with, in my practical experience, an excellent track record.

REFUNDS

For your protection, I work in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For your convenience, a link to the UK government webpage outlining the CRA 2015 may be found at the bottom of this page.

Additional Assistance 

I will offer a full refund or replacement if the product is found to be faulty or created from faulty materials. I will also offer a full refund if you wish to cancel and I have yet to commence manufacture. The purchaser is liable for the cost of return postage and export duties and fees incurred to return the product to base. Obviously, if manufacture has begun, and the personalisation has physically been applied, I will incur a loss if cancellation is required after this time, and so I cannot promise to cancel in this situation.
