(Handy for feeding the birds!) On the other side, a simple and perfect plain surface, so smooth you’ll want to keep stroking it!..perfect for cutting the crusty bread or serving canapes!

A Carving Board with Hygienic Design
More importantly for your family’s health, the collecting bowl is uniquely hemispherical, meaning no hard-to-reach 90 degree corners at the bottom – this is far safer, as it may be properly cleaned – effectively preventing the buildup of harmful bacteria.
Personalised Oak Carving Board – Finish
This beautiful board is lovingly finished with multiple applications of blended natural beeswax and mineral oil – The best surface for culinary applications, and trusted as food safe for generations.
Cleaning your Board
This product is not suitable for cleaning with your dishwasher – the harsh detergents would strip away all of the beeswax and oil. You will be able to effectively clean your carving board with warm water and a little soap. Regular applications of beeswax help to enhance the board, and to this effect, a sample pot is provided free with your purchase, along with care instructions.
End Grain Luxury.
The choice of professional chefs and butchers – sometimes known as “Butchers Blocks” – the difference being that orienting the grain vertically rather than horizontally ensures your best knives remain beautifully sharp without damaging your lovely new board! It takes approximately twice as long to make a board using this manufacturing method as apposed to the standard cross grain method, but as well the practical benefits, the difference is simply stunning.
